WHAT HAPPENED: The Homeland Security Department published a proposed rule to implement the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022. This proposal includes changes for the EB-5 investor visa program, potentially allowing automatic revocation of some immigrant petitions. It is a proposal only — not a final rule.
